My motivation

I lost my little brother to suicide. There are no words that can fully describe that kind of loss — the silence it leaves behind, the questions that never stop, the numbness.

I started having panic attacks, and one night, desperate for them to stop, I put on my shoes and started running. It was the one thing I could think of that might keep my body so occupied that the attack would stop.

I discovered Movember while on exchange in England — suddenly, there was a community that got it: people passionate about breaking the silence around men’s mental health, about starting conversations that could literally save lives. It felt like I had found a place to channel my grief into purpose.

This Movember, I want to help grow the Movember community in Austria. Follow me, let’s go running, let’s talk, let’s donate — and let’s save lives. Together, we can make a difference, one conversation, one step, and one life at a time.
