My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this year I'm proud to take part.
My focus is specifically on men's mental health and suicide prevention. Men's mental health is too often overlooked, misunderstood or dismissed, and the pressures we place on ourselves as well as those placed on us by society can have serious consequences.
It's okay to not be okay, and it's okay to talk about it. So many unnecessary deaths can be prevented by reducing the stigma surrounding talking about mental health.
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It takes a tough man to admit he's not always tough.
Together, we can help stop men dying too young.
