I’m doing this for my sons.
This Movember, I’m joining Movember, the leading charity changing the face of men’s health. They’re tackling prostate and testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention — because every man deserves the chance to live a long, healthy, and connected life. Too many men are struggling in silence. Did you know that more than 80% of all suicides are men? …and that’s just one -of the many- terrifying realities facing boys and men that we can’t ignore anymore.

Together we can change the stats. Help me stop men dying too young.
