Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

This Movember, I’m committing not only to growing a mustache but also to running 60 kilometers over the month, symbolizing the 60 men we lose each hour to suicide globally. This distance is a tribute to those men and a reminder of how important mental and physical health are for us all.

I’ve seen too many men—friends, family, mentors—face their battles silently, feeling pressured to stay strong without support. Society often tells men to “man up” and deal with challenges alone, yet that isolation can have tragic consequences. Movember challenges this narrative by encouraging men to open up, ask for help, and prioritize their health.

The mustache I’m growing is a conversation starter, a small yet powerful reminder that men’s health matters. The 60km run, while challenging, is my way of standing in solidarity with those who feel that every step is hard but continue moving forward. It’s about honoring the resilience in every man who struggles and demonstrating the strength that comes from seeking support.

Through this journey, I hope to raise both awareness and funds to support life-changing programs, research, and resources that empower men to take control of their health. I’m running and growing for a future where every man feels supported enough to reach out, and where asking for help is seen as a strength, not a weakness.

I invite everyone at QMUL Malta to join me in this important cause. Whether you choose to grow a mustache, run alongside me, or simply spread the word, your involvement can make a significant difference. Together, we can create a supportive community that stands up for men’s health and inspires change.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Every step and every dollar moves us closer to a world where no man feels he has to face life alone. Together, let’s make a real difference.
