Hello everyone!! Since 2020 I have been participating in the #Movember challenge, a campaign to raise awareness about mental health. Movember is working to help men stay mentally healthy, but they can’t do it alone. Thanks to my sponsors and supporters I raised over 2.600€ and a lot of awareness for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. Let's do that again!

On the 13th of November, I am celebrating my 26th Birthday. Instead of gifts, I am kindly asking you to make a small donation of 10€-20€-or more to the Movember campaign.

I would really appreciate you sponsoring me for however much money to donate to charities and research that combat this through the Movember organisation.
