I strive to break down taboos around men’s health, especially mental health and depression — issues that are often underestimated but claim many victims and can affect anyone. It's crucial to be aware of the signs and know where to seek help.

Movember provides a unique opportunity to openly discuss these matters, reduce stigma, and support those silently battling these issues. We especially need the new generations to be educated and engaged on these matters, including the prevention and early detection of men’s challenges.

I am committed to raising awareness and, on a more personal note, raising a male child who is aware, sensitive, and active in promoting these principles of mental health and physical well-being, for a stronger, healthier community. Let’s strive for a holistic approach to men’s health. Needless to say, we need WOMEN’s help (as we need more feminist men :))
