I am Pal Vecsi (37) and I am a firm believer of „Mens sana in corpore sano” – meaning a healthy mind in a healthy body.
I decided to participate in the Movember campaing, but I could not shave my face or my wife would leave me! :D Seriously,you’re laughing but it’s the truth.
However mustache is not the only thing that I can do for my fellow men. There are two things that I want to achieve with the utterly and unnecessarily detailed list or self-torture:
-Motivate you to visit regular preventive health checks.
-Collect donations for Movember Foundation who provide support to scientists battling diseases like prostate and testicular cancer.
-Asking you to share my updates on this journey

-What are you going to do to draw people’s attention?
-I’ll run 200 kilometers in November.
-Should I be impressed?... is that a challenge?
-With a marathon or two in it.
-Okay, but still....
-With a Goggins-Challenge in it. Thats 4 miles in every 4 hours for 2 days.
-Ok, that’s not normal...
-And dont forget weekly 3 strength trainings
-What?
- Every other week one of those it’ll be THE MURPH challenge then a CINDY.
- What the hell is THE MU...
- And some cycling on my smart roller... just casual rides, maximum 200 km.

- I am advocate to all the fellow men out there, who tries to inspire them to take ownership of their own health. Stand up, make a move, make improvements! You have one life to live, make the most out of it!
