Mi motivación

510 000 men commit suicide every year. That means every minute that passes, another man decides that the only way out it's by taking his own life. It could be a brother, a cousin, a friend, a son, or a father.
As we grow up, we're taught that "boys don't cry". Crying, asking for help, and expressing our emotions is many times seen as a sign of weakness.
This November, I'll be running 100 km to raise 600 euros for all the men we lose because they couldn't, wanted, or were able to ask for help.
Please donate to support this cause, and if you can't, do something else. Break a cliché. Send the first text to that girl, tell your friend you love him, ask or offer help, compliment your colleague on an accomplishment, hug your gym bro. Help break the stigma and who knows? Maybe we’ll save someone.
