Too many men suffer quietly, believing they have to be strong enough to carry everything on their own. I’m supporting Movember because asking for help should never be seen as weakness, mental health deserves to be spoken about openly, and no man should feel like he has to fight his battles alone.
Whether it’s mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer or testicular cancer, awareness can start a conversation — and sometimes, a conversation can change or even save a life.
I’m doing this for the men we love, the men we’ve lost, and the men who are still finding the courage to speak up. Let’s change the face of men’s health together.

Mo University Challenge

Moustaches have been shaved, leaderboards have been closed, and eternal glory has been achieved.

It is my great honour to announce the Top 5 from this year’s Mo University Challenge.

Collectively, this community of 1,353 Mo’s from 291 teams across Australia raised an incredible $285,386. Just unbelievable.

This is where change is being made. You are the people creating a better future for men’s health. So from the tips of our moustaches to the bottom of our hearts, thank you to each and every one of you for the wonderful impact you’ve made.

Boy it is close up the top of the University Challenge leader board - with QUT currently edging out the top fundraising university for the last three years UQ - with Monash following in a close third.

Regardless of the fundraising figures - keep parading that furry top lip, starting conversations and keeping your communities connected. Your are all doing such a fabulous job and all of us at Mo HQ are so grateful to be your Roadies.
