We’re a group of dads from the seaside town of Cascais, Portugal. What started as coffee, sarcasm, and questionable parenting chats has now evolved into our first-ever Movember mission.

None of us are professional fundraisers. We're just men who think looking slightly ridiculous for a month is a fair trade if it helps start better conversations about men’s mental health, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.

We’re new to this, but we’re doing it with heart (and a bit of stubble). So here’s to first attempts, patchy moustaches, and mates who check in on each other.
