Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. I'd appreciate your help.

Everyone has at least one important male in their life, be it a Father, Brother, Son, Cousin, Uncle, Partner, Friend, or Colleague.

So can you help me to support men's health, in particular Testicular Cancer, Prostate Cancer & Suicide Prevention as sadly too many men are dying young.

probably the last run of Movember

not sure what the police presence under the harbour bridge was for or why they had a fully clothed person who had been in the water. I do hope that they had been climbing to jump put just been adventuring. it just makes us remember the causes of Movember so if you are in need of assistance or just need someone to listen it's ok to ask for help.
