I’m doing Movember with a local group of dads: Caspais Mo-vement. We figured if we’re going to grow moustaches, we might as well do it for something that matters.

I’m taking part to support men’s mental health, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer, and to help start more honest conversations between men who usually avoid them.

The moustache is just the excuse. The real goal is connection, awareness, and showing up for each other.
