As I have been participating in Movember for a number of years now. This month I decided to reach out myself for help. Not only do I try to promote mental health to others, this month I needed to listen to what I promote and get help. It has been a tough month so far and I realised my depression was spiral lower and lower. I had already been depressed for some time and then the death of my best mate, Baxter, really pushed me over the edge. So please everyone if you are suffering, reach out. The organisations that the Movember foundation helps are amazing and are there for everyone.
